Product Details

Product Description

The MUSG4592 is an automatic multipoint lock consisting of one central lock case and two auxiliary lock cases. The standard overall length is 1,720 mm and can be extended to 2,400 mm to suit different door dimensions.

When the door is closed, the hook bolts in the upper and lower auxiliary lock cases and the deadbolt in the central lock case are automatically projected to provide secure multipoint locking. This mechanism helps improve forced-entry resistance, sealing performance, and the overall strength of the door system.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  1. HIGH-STRENGTH HOOK BOLTS

The hook bolts in the auxiliary lock cases are made from high-strength, one-piece zinc alloy. Under specified test conditions, they can withstand a load of up to 5,000 N.

  1. DURABLE TRIGGER BOLTS

The trigger bolts feature a one-piece stainless-steel construction and can withstand more than 100,000 operating cycles.

  1. HIGH-STRENGTH DEADBOLT

The deadbolt in the central lock case is made from high-strength, one-piece zinc alloy. Under specified test conditions, it can withstand a load of up to 5,000 N.

  1. REVERSIBLE LATCH BOLT

The non-handed latch bolt can be easily reversed by adjusting the retaining screw, making the lock suitable for both left-handed and right-handed doors.

  1. HIGH-STRENGTH INTEGRATED CONNECTING STRUCTURE

The central and auxiliary lock cases are connected by a 2.5 mm thick, high-strength metal strip. This integrated structure improves the strength, stability, and load-bearing capacity of the complete locking system.

  1. ANTI-MISFIRE SWINGING TRIGGER DESIGN

The trigger bolts in the auxiliary lock cases feature a swinging design. If the door is not fully closed or the lock bolts are not correctly aligned with the strike plates, this mechanism helps prevent the hook bolts from being released prematurely. This reduces the risk of accidental activation, jamming, and door-closing problems.

With automatic multipoint locking, high-strength locking bolts, and a reliable anti-misfire mechanism, the MUSG4592 is suitable for door systems requiring enhanced security, sealing performance, and long-term durability.
