Quality Foundation

A disciplined system designed for certified, repeatable, and traceable manufacturing

Quality at TOPTEK is not limited to final testing. It is managed through documented procedures, calibrated inspection devices, trained inspectors, process checkpoints, and a certification-oriented laboratory environment aligned with international standards.

Integrated management system

Our operations are supported by ISO 9001:2015 for process consistency, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, and ISO 45001:2018 for workplace safety and compliance.

Certification-aligned validation

Our internal laboratory uses testing methods and equipment aligned with CE and UL certification environments, enabling development-stage verification, sample evaluation, periodic production checks, and pre-certification confidence.

Documented quality accountability

Inspection plans, gauge control, process patrol records, and final quality status are managed as part of a traceable quality record system to reduce variation and improve long-term product stability.

Control Workflow

Our strict quality control process from raw material to shipment

We manage risk at every manufacturing stage through layered inspection methods rather than depending on a single checkpoint. This helps ensure dimensional accuracy, structural consistency, functional reliability, and stable certification performance.

01

Incoming material inspection

All critical raw materials, purchased parts, and outsourced components are checked before entering production. This step verifies conformity to drawings, material requirements, and functional expectations to prevent defects from moving downstream.

  • Verification of incoming materials against specifications and approved standards
  • Early detection of dimensional, surface, and material-related nonconformities
  • Reduced process waste and improved production stability from the first operation

02

First article inspection

Before batch production proceeds, the first manufactured part or assembly is inspected in detail. This confirms that machine setup, tooling, dimensions, structure, and workmanship fully match engineering drawings and approved process requirements.

  • Confirmation of dimensional tolerances and key structural features
  • Verification of process setup before continuous manufacturing
  • Prevention of repeated defects across the full production batch

03

In-process patrol inspection

During production, our quality team performs regular patrol inspections to monitor critical dimensions, process consistency, operator execution, tooling condition, and visual workmanship. This routine control helps identify drift before it becomes batch-level risk.

  • Patrol inspection carried out at fixed intervals, including every 2 hours on key processes
  • Continuous confirmation of process stability and part consistency
  • Rapid isolation and correction of abnormalities before escalation

04

Sampling inspection and gauge control

Sampling inspection is used to verify ongoing production quality at defined checkpoints. In addition, special gauges and fixtures are applied after plating and during assembly to catch dimensional shifts, fit issues, and hidden nonconformities before final installation.

  • Sampling checks at critical process stages and assemblies
  • Fixture and gauge verification for plated parts and assembled components
  • More reliable fit, smoother installation, and lower after-sales risk

05

100% final inspection before shipment

Every finished product is checked before release. Final inspection confirms appearance, assembly integrity, function, key operation, and shipment readiness. This full verification stage is one of the most important safeguards in our quality system and helps reduce customer-side sorting, installation issues, and service claims.

  • Functional verification before packaging and shipment release
  • Final defect removal to protect installation performance in the field
  • Stronger batch consistency and improved shipment confidence for customers

Traceability & Control

Full-process traceability supports quality stability and continuous improvement

Our quality management approach emphasizes visibility across the entire process. From incoming materials to final release, inspection results, process status, and batch information are recorded to support root-cause analysis, corrective action, and long-term process optimization.

Material-to-batch traceability

Raw material and component information can be linked to production and inspection records, helping ensure repeatability and supply confidence.

Visible after-sales improvement loop

Recorded process and inspection data support visualized analysis for ongoing quality improvement and reduced customer-side issues.

Fixture and tooling management

Controlled jigs, fixtures, and gauges help ensure that the same dimensional and assembly standards are maintained over time.

Validation Capability

In-house laboratory capability strengthens production quality confidence

Our laboratory investment supports product development, sample validation, certification preparation, and regular production verification. The objective is simple: identify performance risk early, confirm standards clearly, and help maintain stable mass production quality.

Laboratory equipment for mechanical durability and performance testing

Certification-aligned equipment

Laboratory equipment is aligned with CE and UL testing expectations, supporting better consistency between internal verification and external certification requirements.

Engineers verifying lock durability and structure in the testing laboratory

Development to mass production verification

The same quality philosophy extends from sample evaluation and R&D validation to periodic mass production checks, helping us maintain consistent standards over time.

Quality testing data review for international standards compliance

Broader quality risk visibility

Internal testing enables earlier evaluation of durability, structural strength, environmental resistance, and functional reliability before third-party review or shipment.

Quality Validation Scope

Inspection discipline supported by test-oriented engineering knowledge

Our team is familiar with international testing and certification expectations, including ANSI/BHMA, CE-related standards, EN1303, EN179, EN1125, EN1906, EN12209, EN14846, SKG-related understanding, electrical durability, fire-related performance awareness, corrosion testing, structural strength, and functional endurance validation.
