Laboratory Capabilities

A self-owned laboratory aligned with international certification logic

TOPTEK's laboratory equipment is aligned with CE and UL certification laboratories, enabling a more consistent and disciplined testing framework from product development to mass production. This capability helps us verify in-development products, evaluate customer samples, prepare for third-party certification, and conduct regular validation for production stability.

What this means for innovation

  • R&D ideas can be verified against international performance expectations at an early stage.
  • Customer samples can be analyzed more accurately to identify practical improvement opportunities.
  • Testing continuity from samples to certification-grade equipment reduces unnecessary iteration.
  • Regular production validation helps maintain consistency for patented and certified products.

Mechanical durability

Internal endurance programs can reach up to 4,000,000 cycles to validate long-life commercial hardware applications.

Corrosion and environment

Salt spray testing up to 480 hours and environmental verification support harsh-use and long-term performance evaluation.

Structural and abuse testing

Impact, pull force, anti-drill, anti-saw, and strength tests help confirm real-world structural reliability.

Electronic lock validation

Electrical endurance and fail-safe or fail-secure verification support electromechanical and access control development.

R&D and Manufacturing Integration

Precision manufacturing that turns invention into dependable products

Strong R&D capability needs equally strong execution on the production floor. TOPTEK operates more than 50 imported Japanese TSUGAMI Swiss-type CNC lathes with tolerance controlled to ±0.01 mm, supported by polishing equipment, laser processing equipment, and more than 50 high-precision Japanese pneumatic punching machines.
