Our quality system combines incoming material verification, first article inspection, in-process patrol inspection, sampling inspection, fixture control, and 100% finished product inspection. Raw materials and outsourced components are checked before entering production, reducing hidden defects at the source and improving overall batch stability.
First Article & Tooling Verification
Before full production starts, key dimensions and functional points are verified against drawings and fixtures to prevent deviation from the beginning.
Process Patrol Inspection Every 2 Hours
Our inspection team performs regular in-process checks throughout production, allowing issues to be identified early instead of after a complete batch is finished.
100% Final Inspection
Finished products are fully checked before shipment, with additional gauge checks after plating and during assembly to detect and isolate non-conforming parts before installation.
